The correlation between humidity and latitude has two major peaks: one around -30 degrees latitude and one around 30 degrees latitude. Both poles and the equator, the most extremes of latitudes, experience the highest frequency of humidity above 60%. Polar cities are consistently very close to 100% humidity. The more temperate regions of -40 to -20 and 20 to 60 are much more likely to experience lower humidity, some of which get down to 10%.
